1. Engagement

Earned Room provides AI systems architecture and automation services. Engagements are governed by specific project scopes agreed upon in writing before the commencement of work.

2. Deliverables

Deliverables include custom-built automation workflows (typically in n8n or Make), system documentation (SOPs), and initial setup support. Ownership of the specific workflow configurations transfers to the client upon final payment.

3. Payments

Payment terms are specified in individual project proposals. Typically, a commencement deposit is required, with the balance due upon delivery of the agreed-upon system.

4. Liability

While Earned Room builds systems to the highest standards of reliability, we are not liable for changes in third-party API availability, provider outages, or modifications made to the systems by client teams after handover.

5. White-Label Clause

For agency partners, Earned Room operates as a silent technical partner. We agree to protect the agency's relationship with their end clients and will not solicit those clients directly.
